I am kind of picky about it. But I do like autobiographies or books about war, especially the Civil War. I read a book a couple of months ago called Liar, Temptress, Soldier, Spy. It was about four women who helped in the Civil War efforts. One of them actually posed as a man to fight in the war. It was a great read.
