I'm always surprised when I get to the end of the month and look back at what I read. The first book I finished always feels like months ago. I read a couple books this month that might very well end up on my Top Ten of 2017 list (Beartown definitely will be). I read about Rome, birthing lambs, ice hockey, and Osage Indians.
